About Jack
Jack Webb is a commercial and property law barrister specialising in real property, landlord and tenant disputes, land registration and neighbouring land issues. Called to the Bar in 2016, he represents clients in the County Court, High Court and Property Tribunal, with particular expertise in boundary disputes, easements, covenants and possession claims.
Jack also has experience in commercial disputes and a specialist practice dealing with “freeman on the land” and legal name fraud arguments on behalf of local authorities. He is known for his practical, approachable and efficient advocacy and advisory work.
