Dr Catherine Sykes

Dr. Sykes has expertise in a diverse range of psychological approaches, including Leadership Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Somatic Psychology. More recently, she draws upon interpersonal neurobiology to inform her practice. She has actively contributed to research, peer reviews, and media interviews, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in the field.

Battling mental health issues is something that many of us face on a day-to-day basis, and having the best resources to get help when needed is vital. It’s something I’m heavily passionate about, having gone through struggles with my own mental health.
