About Craig
I am the Head of Operations at Net-Defence. Before joining the company in 2019, I worked across a variety of industries, including finance, manufacturing, private, and public sectors. I focus on understanding our customers and supporting them in reaching their objectives, prioritising business resilience, utilising 25 years of IT industry experience and knowledge of dedicated technologies to add real value to customer guidance. Day-to-day, I lead the team of support and telecoms engineers, and I am always on hand to offer help and advice to both the team and our customers.
