About Hayley
Hayley joined Accesspoint Legal Services in 2024, bringing with her nearly 16 years of Legal Accounts experience.
She has particular expertise in PCMS solutions, including reporting and SQL, and is an associate member of the ILFM.
Hayley is the point of contacts for all things account related having worked in and managed a PCMS support team for 13 years before moving to Customer Success. She has a broad range of knowledge in legal tech and can offer guidance and assistance on financial processes as well as providing strategic recommendations.
