James Frampton is a barrister at Keating Chambers specialising in construction, engineering, energy and public procurement disputes. He is recognised by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for his work in construction, professional negligence, international arbitration and procurement, and regularly advises and represents clients in complex domestic and international disputes.
James has particular expertise in Building Safety Act 2022 matters, fire safety and cladding litigation, professional negligence claims, adjudication and high-value international arbitrations.
