Solicitor at Duncan Lewis Solicitors
I joined Duncan Lewis Solicitors in December 2017 as a Solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department.
I have several years of experience in personal injury law having worked in the industry since 2012. I have provided legal representation in relation to claims for personal injuries on behalf of individuals who have sustained serious injuries arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work and accidents in public places. My expertise includes, but is not limited to; cases involving traumatic brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries.
I also provide legal representation in relation to clinical negligence cases including, claims involving delay in diagnosing, surgical injuries and orthopaedic injuries resulting from delay, misdiagnosis and negligence.
I operate under an ethos that focuses not only on obtaining the right amount of compensation but also ensures that early and intensive rehabilitation methods are put into place in order to help restore damaged lives as best and as soon as possible.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
