Paul deals with a range of corporate and commercial disputes. He represents clients in respect of commercial contract disputes, company and director claims, professional negligence claims and claims for injunctive relief for clients ranging from individuals and partnerships to SMEs and large international PLCs.
Paul has gained particular interest and developed an expertise in claims relating to contentious trusts and probate, including acting for retail banks, professional executors / trustees and aggrieved beneficiaries. These claims include Inheritance Act Claims, validity disputes, cases of fraud and complex breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Paul is currently the vice chair of the Law Society's LGBT+ Division Committee and works with a number of claims on LGBT+ related issues and strategies.
