Quick and easy to instruct
We have a 3-working day turnaround time on samples, from when they arrive at our lab. So if you instruct us on a Monday (today for example), you’ll get your results by Friday of the same week.
We don’t charge extra
And we don’t charge you extra as this is our standard delivery and not a ‘paid for’ expedited delivery. Also, we don’t send our samples overseas, they’re analysed at our lab in Wales, so your wait for a result is minimised.

We’ll look after your clients
Our collectors are trained former NHS nurses, phlebotomists and emergency personnel. They are experienced, empathetic and professional. The method they use to collect the sample doesn’t leave noticeable chunks missing from the hair.

We’re a UKAS-accredited lab to ISO 17025, which means we work to the highest of standards and best practice.
