About Billal
Billal Malik is a barrister at Demstone Chambers specialising in family law and immigration law, with additional experience in employment law.
Called to the Bar in 2008, Billal has extensive advocacy experience across the Family Court, immigration and employment tribunals, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. His family law practice encompasses financial remedy proceedings and children matters, including complex cases involving domestic abuse allegations, parental alienation and immigration issues.
Billal holds an LLB in Law and an LLM in Human Rights Law from King’s College London, where he has also worked as a law tutor. He has written extensively on a range of legal topics and previously worked as a legal editor for an international legal publisher.
