Claire was a commercial lawyer for 20 years. Whilst still working as a lawyer she completed a Masters level psychotherapy training. She is now a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, trainer, and group facilitator. She has a particular focus working with lawyers, business people, and academics; supporting individual growth and enhancing professional life. She combines her understanding of the opportunities and challenges of professional life with the latest findings from psychotherapy research, trauma-informed approaches and neuroscience.
Claire is a director and trainer at Lawsight Ltd, which provide counselling, training and mental health support to lawyers. She is also a supporter and Champion for legal professionals’ charity LawCare.
