About Faizul
Faizul Azman is a barrister specialising in intellectual property law at 3PB’s London office, recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star for his clear, commercially focused advice and ability to identify niche legal issues. His practice is strengthened by a diverse professional background that includes service in the British Army and senior positions within the UK Civil Service.
Before coming to the Bar, Faizul led high-level policy work at the Home Office on immigration and asylum matters, appearing before appellate courts, and later directed strategy relating to Northern Ireland and EU Exit. At the UK Intellectual Property Office, he represented the UK internationally, negotiated legal frameworks in Geneva and Brussels, and contributed to major legislative developments including the Marrakesh Treaty.
