Olivia Kirk - Olivia began pupillage in October 2025 under John Brown, gaining experience in personal injury and clinical negligence. She previously served as a judicial assistant to the Lady Chief Justice in the Court of Appeal (2024–2025), working on high-profile public and criminal law appeals. Olivia achieved Outstanding on the BPC with a Distinction in her LLM, and holds Distinctions in the PGDL and MSc, alongside a BA from UCL.

Tomas McCabe - Tomas completed pupillage in chambers’ core areas including personal injury and clinical negligence, and now maintains a broad civil practice, regularly appearing for both claimants and defendants in trials and applications. Before pupillage, he worked as an ambulance first responder, assisted in a pro bono regulatory case, mooted before a Court of Appeal judge, and placed 3rd nationally in a major commercial awareness competition.

Clark Gard - Clark has a broad civil practice spanning personal injury, property, commercial, employment and insurance work, and accepts both advocacy and advisory instructions. Called to the Bar in 2024 after 15 years as a dual-qualified (England & Wales and New York) commercial solicitor, he has advised corporate and government clients on complex cross-border finance and regulatory matters. A former magic circle lawyer and investment banker, Clark is also a Civil Recorder and has a background in public law and human rights, including work with senior judicial figures internationally.
