About Joy
Joy is an accomplished family law practitioner with expertise in both private and public family law matters. Her early experience in criminal and civil law has strengthened her advocacy and strategic approach in family proceedings, particularly during fact-finding and final hearings. Joy takes a keen interest in issues of domestic abuse and is often commended for her handling of vulnerable parties. Before joining the Bar, Joy worked in the Home Office’s litigation department, defending judicial review claims, and later served as Assistant Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Courts and Justice, contributing to key legal and policy initiatives.
