Caseworker, Family and Child Care Dept, Duncan Lewis at Duncan Lewis Solicitors.

I am a Caseworker in the Family and Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am based in the Birmingham office and work alongside a team of caseworkers and solicitors under the direct supervision of Solicitor and Supervisor, Harriet Philips. I further report to Rupinder Jagdev, Director of the Family and Child Care Department.

I previously worked as a Caseworker in the Immigration and Public Law team at Duncan Lewis where I built a strong rapport with clients and gained insight into numerous areas of Immigration Law including further submissions and cases with modern slavery and domestic abuse elements.

Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I worked as a Paralegal at a city based law firm for over a year. During this time I worked closely with vulnerable clients on a day to day basis who were under-represented and seeking access to justice. I believe the experiences will be highly valuable in providing support to clients at Duncan Lewis.

I assist solicitors and support clients in a range of Child Care matters, including private children law, domestic abuse and care proceedings.
