About Richard
Richard Hiron is an Employment Law Solicitor with a difference.
Having qualified into Employment Law, he made a sideways move partway through his career into Human Resources, helping organisations across England and Wales from schools and banks, to construction and manufacturing, to resolve people concerns.
He then returned as a practising Employment Law Solicitor, coupling the practical and legal realms together to provide efficient and commercial solutions for clients.
He now brings these solutions to SMEs who don’t want their growth to be held up by tribunal claims.
