About Robin
Robin Pickard is a barrister specialising in employment and discrimination law, currently practising at 3PB, which he joined in March 2024 after completing an employment law pupillage in London. He has a busy practice representing both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal preliminary and final hearings, including cases involving disability status.
During pupillage, he gained extensive experience advising senior executives in high-value discrimination, whistleblowing, and misconduct cases, developing strong tactical and strategic skills, particularly around privilege and disclosure.
He accepts instructions via the Direct Access Scheme.
