Sarah Clarke is a specialist employment and commercial barrister at 3PB. Called to the Bar in 2005, she is known for her clear, strategic advice and strong advocacy.

Her employment practice spans all areas of workplace law, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, TUPE, and contractual disputes. She acts for both claimants and respondents in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

In her commercial practice, Sarah advises on contractual and partnership disputes, misrepresentation, restrictive covenants, and interim injunctions. She regularly appears in the High Court and County Courts.
