I am a Director of Family and Child Care Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, primarily based in Peterborough and Cambridge. I also work with clients across the Bedfordshire area.
My areas of expertise include child care proceedings, acting for parents whose children have been removed from their care for a variety of reasons including drug abuse, physical abuse and poor home conditions. I seek to help the parents engage with the necessary professional services to obtain the help they need in order to have their children returned to their care safely.
I support vulnerable clients including domestic violence victims, clients who have suffered sexual abuse, and clients suffering with psychological issues. I have a track record of obtaining Non Molestation Orders for victims of domestic violence, ensuring they have the protection they need.
I also handle Private Children Law proceedings, obtaining Residence Orders, Contact Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders for my clients.
