I am a Solicitor and Director in the Litigation department where my areas of expertise include commercial and civil dispute resolution.

My main practice areas include: Corporate insolvency such as representing former directors of insolvent companies facing allegations of unlawful trading and breaches of duties. Personal insolvency which may involve high value petitions some of which relate to complex financial arrangements. Multi-Track litigation such as contractual disputes between commercial entities, partnership disputes, contentious probate such as challenging capacity, disputes over the beneficial ownership of property and high value and complex debt recovery. Construction disputes. Examples of notable cases have included representing a HNW individual applying to the EU General Court for the removal of sanctions and advising partners in a multi-jurisdictional practice on their contractual rights on issues relating to insolvency.
