“The Court considers Cansford’s hourly rate to be reasonable in the context of its qualifications, experience and expertise. The field in which Cansford practices and the particular expertise, which it brings to bear on cases involving care proceedings are highly specialised. There is no realistic prospect of finding an alternative expert with the necessary expertise at lower fee.”
