ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Adapt to disruption without retreating into proving mode.

AI is changing the legal profession at extraordinary speed. Navigating that disruption requires more than learning new technology: lawyers must also adapt how they think, work, collaborate, lead and use their expertise.

In this practical and psychologically informed webinar, Dr Catherine Sykes explores how uncertainty can activate imposter syndrome, how professional strengths can become overused under pressure, and how to respond with greater flexibility and discernment.
