Is it possible to have pre-built, bespoke course programmes to fulfil specific risk and compliance training needs?
We consult with firms during system implementation to understand their key training requirements by both subject, content and job role. We will then build pathways of courses which are assigned to relevant groups or individuals. This way we can ensure that firms receive the exact training they require within a timeframe to suit the organisation.
Is it possible to track the progress of individuals, teams or departments in the completion of required training?
Our learning software provides a range of easy-to-use tools that enable those with responsibility for managing all training and compliance in a firm to monitor activity completions and produce a comprehensive range of reports.
Does the LMS support HR and training teams for the delivery of non-regulatory training?

In addition to mandatory training, can individuals access training courses to meet self-directed learning and development needs?
All users are able to self-register onto any of the vast range of courses contained in the system’s Learning Library to support their personal development needs.
Does the LMS enable authorised users to create new content or upload their own organisational resources?
Our LMS includes a professional content creation tool (for which full user training is provided) and also allows content managers to add organisational materials to their content hub.
What level of support does eAlliance offer to organisations?
Following system implementation, an organisation can elect to receive FREE, pre-scoped manage service support, including user administration, content management and reporting. An ‘in-system’ helpdesk is available to support administrators and eAlliance also operates a user helpdesk.
How does the subscription model work?
All our eLearning solutions include a LMS and eLearning courses, built to a firm’s specification. Subscription is based on the number of employee licenses required. Get a quote
