It’s time to prioritise mental health in the work place

This World Mental Health Day (10 October), LawCare is highlighting the importance of mental health in the workplace, particularly how relationships with colleagues affect our wellbeing. These individuals are essential the functioning of legal firms but often face mental health challenges that go unnoticed. As burnout and stress become more common in the legal sector, it’s crucial to better support everyone’s mental health.

To tackle these issues, LawCare is offering two free webinars to support mental health and build healthier work relationships. The goal is to provide everyone with the tools to better handle work challenges and to create workplaces that prioritise mental health.
