Webinar: Spotlight on relationships at work (World Mental Health Day)

As part of our series of posts about mental health in the legal profession in the lead up to World Mental Health Day (10th October), we wanted to take the time to remind you of a free upcoming webinar hosted by LawCare and delivered by Lawsight Ltd. Following on from the recent article that Satpal Kaur-Thompson shared with us on the subject, the practical webinar will put a spotlight on relationships at work and how they might be impacting our mental health.

LawCare will introduce the webinar, and Lawsight, a team of psychotherapists with a background in the legal profession, will run it.

In this webinar, Claire Jacques and Satpal Kaur-Thompson of Lawsight will draw on research, as well as (neuro)scientific and psychological theories, to explore the root causes of the often complex dynamics of workplace relationships. The webinar will also provide insights into how these dynamics may present themselves in our interactions and how we can best navigate them.

Webinar will take place on
Tuesday 8 October 2024
12.30pm to 1.30pm

The webinar will cover:

How our earliest relationships inform all future relationships including our working interactions and our ability to manage stress.

How our brains, nervous system and emotional regulation skills all develop through the relationships we experience early in life.
