Don’t miss your chance to take part

There’s still time to have your say in LawCare’s Life in the Law 2025 research before the surveys close on Friday 21 March. Don’t miss your chance to share your experiences and help shape a healthier, more supportive legal sector.

Your voice matters. Make sure it’s heard before the deadline.

This research is vital – it captures real experiences of working in law, revealing what’s helpful, what isn’t, and where improvements are needed to better support mental health at work. Without fresh data, LawCare can’t track progress or gauge how effectively organisations are supporting their teams.

By taking part, you help identify key challenges and contribute valuable knowledge that will shape practical, evidence-based solutions and meaningful change.

Elizabeth Rimmer, CEO of LawCare, says: “This is your last chance to have your voice heard and have a positive impact on the future of mental health in the legal sector. Life in the Law 2025 is a key opportunity to understand the challenges legal professionals face and what needs to change. Your insights will contribute to a healthier, more supportive legal sector — don’t miss out, take part before 21 March!”

What do the surveys ask?
The surveys ask about key issues affecting people in the legal sector including workload, burnout, mental health, workplace culture, bullying, career concerns, and existing support measures.

The surveys are anonymous and only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain confidential, ensuring that you can share your experiences openly and honestly.
