With two decades in the legal field, I specialise in helping legal professionals find their ideal roles and assisting law firms in securing top talent. Armed with a law degree and Commercial Law Masters, I enjoyed roles in CPD training, headhunting and recruitment before founding Clara Rose Consultancy in 2011.
Based in Suffolk, I focus on East Anglia and the Eastern regions but extend support nationwide. Whether it's relocating solicitors from London for a better work-life balance or matching aspirations of firms and individuals, confidentiality and excellence define my approach.
